What: Team Flash is a USA Track AAU developmental track club for boys and girls from 6 years old to 8th grade to learn the basics of track and field.

Where:  Jamestown High School Track

          SUMMER SESSIONS 

   When:  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 to 7:30pm.

Pole Vault Sessions are Saturday mornings on the following dates:

June 15, 29

July 13, 20, 27

August 10, 17, 24

Payment for Pole Vault is $30.00 and make checks out to Coach Tomczak made out to GWDRC.

             Cost:    Club fee – Individual $30.00

                           AAU fee - $14.00

Roll will be taken at practice any athletes that are not members of AAU will not be allowed to practice.
